From the Poor nutrition ingredients the Element Antioxidants is getting more importance.This chemical material is found from animals,plants and our own body also make this.This material help our health.
One more harmful chemical material is present in our body name as FreeRadicals to protect our body from this harmful material Antioxidants play a impotent roal.In thing is impotent that FreeRadicals are not always harmful
they protect us from bacteria, finish the Inflammation and makes Muscle healthy but increase in the % of FreeRadicals attack on muscle.

Lycopene is also one of the Antioxidants obtain from Tomato. 
Also present in soya name as isoflavones and in pineapple name as Papain And Papain help to decrees the pain and to digest food.
So Antioxidants is most important for body and help to make a body healthy.
Note that Tablets are also available for Antioxidants but are not good and not much effect is seen so it is better to use fruit and vegetable.
