And those people who spend more then 6 hour in front
of television there life 6 year decreases.
England government said that young person can spend there 150 min a weak for exercise.
Scantest said that when person start exercising they get to much energy and got enjoyment from this and increasing of each 15 min decrees death chance 4%.
So exercise got allot of benefit for health.
